AJ Rassamni — Founder

Having endured eight years in the midst of a civil war, AJ came to the United States in 1985 with $100 in his possession, driven by the American Dream. He has since been an inventor, author, speaker, consultant and entrepreneur, and has served nonprofits since 1994.

In 1996 he founded the Blackstone Merchants Association, dedicating his own resources to a safer, cleaner environment for businesses to thrive. In 2022 he founded Success From Within — to uplift neighborhoods one block, one community, and one individual at a time.

His passion is guiding the younger generation to realize that genuine success emanates from within.
